Following a recommendation from a local builder, the client of this 20 years property instructed us to assist with the planning application process and building regulation compliant designs.
Being of a relatively new construction, permitted development rights were removed in the original permission and so a full householder planning application was required.
This site, steeped in history was presented to us, to assist with all aspects of the project from inception to completion. After initial pre-application advice suggested that one or even two new homes might be a consideration we worked with the developer and various other consultants to successfully deliver a planning consent for nine new homes.
